These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via the OH MI KOT webshop.

2. Products

All products are physical goods. Colors and materials may vary slightly due to screen settings and production characteristics.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise indicated and exclude shipping costs unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are binding once payment is completed. OH MI KOT reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. OH MI KOT is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.

Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Liability

OH MI KOT’s liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product concerned. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded where permitted by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, texts, and images are the intellectual property of OH MI KOT and may not be used without written permission.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned item

  • Sale or discounted items are final unless defective

Return instructions are provided upon request.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

OH MI KOT is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Import taxes or duties

  • Carrier-related delays or losses

Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
